George Baker was born in Bulgaria on 1st April 1931. He appeared as heraldry expert Sir Hilary Bray in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service and dubbed George Lazenby in the scenes in which 007 impersonates Sir Hilary. Baker returned to the series as Captain Benson in The Spy Who Loved Me.
